What dosage reveals when it is controlled.

Demi-Sec is often underestimated, wrongly so. It's a champagne that requires a specific context, and in that context, it excels.

The same base as the Tradition Brut: dominant Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay providing support, but a more generous dosage that releases aromas of ripe fruit, which the Brut keeps more restrained. It arrives at the end of the meal and bridges the gap between the main course and dessert with an elegance that few sweet wines can boast.

It accompanies the party to its end, with the same loyalty with which Brut opened it.

Tasting Notes

Trois moments pour lire un champagne.

01

Appearance

Warm golden color with amber highlights. Smooth and generous effervescence.

02

NOSE

Expressive and indulgent. Peach, apricot, light honey, hints of brioche. More open and rounded than the Brut.

03

PALATE

Smooth attack, enveloping texture. Well-integrated sugar, never heavy. Finish of candied fruit, light spicy touch.
