Our House
In 1746, the first Jolys planted their vines on the hillsides of the Aube. Since then, nothing essential has changed, yet everything has evolved in the method.
Today, Stéphane Joly carries on this legacy with the same exacting standards as his forebears and the same passion as his father. Growing, tending, vinifying, creating. Every step remains a family affair.

Our Cuvées
From the Brut Tradition to the L by VD cuvée, each blend tells of a season, a plot, an intention. Here, Pinot Noir reigns: fleshy, fruity, with a natural elegance. Chardonnay refines it. Time completes it.

The Soul of the Region
It is this very terroir, mysterious, bountiful and vibrant, that the Joly family has been cultivating for seven generations. In Noé-les-Mallets, each plot is known by name and by its exposure.
